RichPan is a flexible Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) membrane used under mortar bed installations for concealed waterproofing.
Approvals and Standards:
Meets ASTM D4551 and is listed with IAPMO (File #3557).
Applications:

Limitations: Tile cannot be bonded directly to RichPan. RichPan is not designed for exposure to direct sunlight. Contact Noble Company for details. Composition and Materials: RichPan is a thin .040” (1.0 mm) PVC membrane for full mortar bed installations. Product Dimensions: Nominal thickness of 1.0 mm (.040”) 4’ x 50’ (1.2m x 15.2m) roll 5’ x 50’ (1.5m x 15.2m) roll 6’ x 50’ (1.8m x 15.2m) roll Accessories: Preformed outside corners; PVC seaming cement; NobleSealant 150 - sealant for drains, penetrations, and for seaming sheets together.
INSTALLATION Install on a sloped subfloor under a full mortar bed (1.5” min.). Installers should be experienced and familiar with current written RichPan instructions and applicable codes and standards, and Tile Council of North America guidelines.
WARRANTY RichPan is guaranteed for five years by Noble Company against failure caused by rotting, cracking, and microorganism deterioration when properly installed in concealed construction waterproofing and applications for which its use is recommended by Noble Company. This warranty is limited to replacement of defective material and freight charges to destination only. There are no other expressed or implied warranties, and this warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose. Noble Company is not responsible for consequential damages. The remedy of the purchaser set forth herein is exclusive.
